PuckServer is a free platform for hosting and managing dedicated servers for puck-based multiplayer games on Steam.

What can you do?

  • Configure server settings like name, max players, tick rate, password, and VoIP
  • Invite other players to help manage your server
  • Upgrade to a premium tier for more servers, higher tick rates, and permanent servers

How do I sign up?

PuckServer uses Discord for login - there is no separate account to create. Just click Login with Discord on the homepage and authorise the app. Your Discord account is your PuckServer account.

Is it free?

Yes - the free tier lets you run one temporary server at up to 120 Hz. Premium tiers (via Stripe) unlock more servers, higher tick rates, permanent servers, and mod support. See Tiers Explained for a full breakdown.
