Cancelling Your Subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the PuckServer dashboard via the Stripe billing portal.

What happens when you cancel

Your Power Player benefits remain active until the end of your current billing period. After that, your Discord role is removed and your account reverts to the free tier.

What happens to your servers

If you have more servers than the free tier allows (1), or a permanent server, those servers will be stopped when your premium access expires. They will not be deleted immediately - but you will not be able to start them until you are back within your tier limits.

Downgrading

PuckServer will prevent you from downgrading if you currently have more servers running than the new tier permits. Stop or delete the extra servers first, then proceed.

Refunds

Refund requests are handled by the support team. Open a ticket from the dashboard if you believe you are entitled to a refund.
