Sharing Server Access

You can give other PuckServer users varying levels of access to your server - useful for letting teammates help manage a community server.

Permission levels

  • View - can see the server in their dashboard
  • Control - can start and stop the server
  • Edit - can change server settings, password, whitelist, and admins

How to share

  1. Open your server from your server list in the control panel.
  2. Scroll to the bottom where you see Collaborators.
  3. Enter the Discord user ID of the person you want to add.
  4. Choose their permission level and save.

The user must have a PuckServer account (i.e. have logged in at least once) before you can grant them access.

Removing access

Go back to the same section and remove the user from the list. Their access is revoked immediately.
