Premium Benefits Not Showing

If you have subscribed but your PuckServer account is still showing free tier limits, try these steps.

1. Check your Discord role

PuckServer reads your tier from your Discord roles. Open the PuckServer Discord server and check that you have the Power Player role. If it is missing, your subscription may not have completed correctly.

2. Log out and back in

PuckServer reads your roles at login. Once your Discord role is confirmed, log out of PuckServer and log back in. Your new limits will be applied immediately.

3. Wait a few minutes

There can be a short delay between a completed payment and the Discord role being assigned. Wait 5-10 minutes and try logging in again.

Still not working?

Open a support ticket from the dashboard. Include your Discord username and the email address used when subscribing so the team can investigate.
