My Server Disappeared

If a server has vanished from your dashboard, the most likely cause is that it reached its duration limit.

Temporary server expired

Temporary servers are automatically stopped and removed when their duration runs out. Free tier servers last up to 2 hours, Power Player servers up to 24 hours. If your server was temporary and the duration passed, it will be gone.

Solution: Create a new server. Consider upgrading to Power Player for a permanent server if you want it to persist indefinitely.

Subscription expired

If your premium subscription lapsed and you had more servers than the free tier allows, excess servers may have been stopped. They should still appear in your dashboard as stopped - you just cannot start them until you are within your tier limits.

Accidentally deleted

If you or a shared user deleted the server, it cannot be recovered. Start a fresh one from the dashboard.

Node outage

In rare cases a node may go offline unexpectedly. Check the Announcements section on the dashboard. If there is an outage, the team will post an update and restore affected servers as soon as possible.
