Server Won't Start

If your server does not come online after clicking Start, try the following.

Wait a moment

Server startup can take up to 30 seconds. Refresh the dashboard and check the status again before assuming something is wrong.

Stop and restart

Click Stop to ensure the server is fully offline, wait a few seconds, then click Start again.

Check platform news

If the server still will not start, check the Announcements section on the dashboard. There may be an active maintenance window or node outage affecting your server's region.

Check your tier limits

If your premium subscription has expired and you have more servers than the free tier allows, you will not be able to start the extra servers. Either reduce your server count or renew your subscription.

Contact support

If none of the above helps, open a support ticket from the dashboard. Include your server name and roughly when the issue started.
